A quick and easy meal to prep when you short on time. Packed with essential foods groups for an overall balanced meal. 

All you will need is the following (2-4 servings):
1x Pack of 6 Frozen Ciabatta Loaves (Available pre-frozen from Pure Living)
1x Bag of Freshly cut Spinach
6x Chicken fillets/breasts cut into strips (Deboned and skinned)
2x Garlic Cloves Freshly diced
100ml/200ml  Di Napoli Tomato Paste
1x Large Onion Diced
2-3 tablespoons Coconut oil
1-2 Teaspoons of Bicarbonate of soda

Preparation Directions:
1. In a pre heated oven (180*C), place 4 loaves of pre-frozen Ciabatta on  a prepared oven tray. Allow to bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven once ready to allow to cool

2. In a large pan, add your Coconut oil. Heat the stove plate to a medium heat. Add your garlic, Onion and Chicken. Fry until all ingredients are brown.

3. Add your tomato paste into your pan. Add the bicarbonate of soda to remove any acidity 

4. Allow to cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes

5. Cut the Ciabatta loaves in the centre and flatten the inner creating a "cup-like" structure

6. Insert 1-2 leaves of fresh spinach into the bread

7. Then, add your mix from the pot to the loaves using a tablespoon

8. Serve and enjoy :)
