Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 1000IU
MCT powder 100mg
Medium Chain Triglyceride powder
Other ingredients: vegetarian capsules, microcrystalline fibre and silicon dioxide
Directions for use:
As a food supplement, take one (1) capsule daily after a meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Take with your meals to help increase absorption.
NOTES: Our vitamin D3 is derived from lanolin, a natural oil produced by sheep’s wool. It is therefore not suitable for vegans, and some vegetarians may choose to avoid it as well.

Vitamin D is the sunshine vitamin. Unlike any other vitamin, your body makes its own Vitamin D when skin is exposed to ultraviolet rays from the sun. A modern indoor lifestyle and spending less time in the great outdoors has left most of the population Vitamin D deficient.
Vitamin D is needed primarily to keep your bones strong, heart and brain healthy, and your immune system fighting fit. Our product gives you a strong dose, plus we added MCT oil powder to our Vitamin D capsules. This provides a fatty acid base for superior absorption, meaning your body quickly converts it into energy.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
